Millions in Puerto Rico were devastated by Hurricane Maria and we have partnered with churches there to help rebuild. In June, 2019, PRC will be sending a second team to minister and serve with our brothers and sisters. We will also help build the campground in Puerto Rico and conducting a Youth Workers training and Youth Retreat.
We would love for everyone to join us. However, there are some guidelines we need to follow to ensure a successful trip. A manageable group of 10 - 15 members will be selected for this trip. Although training and experience is not a requirement, we do need at least one of each of the following skill sets on the team:
plumber, painter, electrician, mason,
flooring installer, teacher / trainer
The cost of this trip is $ 1300.00 and includes the breakdown below. Team building begins when each member is accepted to a team. This includes fundraising! There will be fundraisers organized to help the team with the cost of the trip. Each member is encouraged to assist with the them to help with trip expense. Personal expense such as souvenirs, etc., is the responsibility of the team member. Monies from fundraisers is exclusively trip expense.
